Information:

Naona is modularized through VRCFury.

Includes many features, including two skins (switchable directly in VRC), Hue slider, AudioLink, Emission, Facial Contact, Face Tracking (Unified Expressions), component hiding, 9 clothing items, and more.

The front and back hair can be hidden separately, changing the hair to the shape you like.

Mouth Visemes, 10 mixed gesture expressions and 7 independent gesture expressions. MMD compatible.

Physics bones for hair, cheek fur, ears, tongue, chest, chest fur, tail, toes.

Interactions for nose, cheeks, eyes, and head.

Definitions

Non-commercial use refers to any usage that does not directly or indirectly generate income. This includes, but is not limited to, sponsored content, donations, paywalled access (Patreon, Ko-fi), affiliate links, merchandise sales, NFT creation, or AI dataset contributions.

Use the avatar in non-commercial livestreams or videos on platforms like Twitch, YouTube, or TikTok.

Add-on content includes user-created items such as clothing, accessories, hairstyles, and textures that are compatible with the avatar, but do not contain any original model geometry, textures, or rigging beyond skeletal compatibility.

Artworks refer to illustrations, 3D drafts, character designs, and sculpting practices inspired by the Naona avatar, provided they are not monetized or misrepresented.

Permitted Uses

- Use the Naona avatar in VRChat for personal or public display.

- Use the Naona avatar in livestreams or video content that is monetized through platform-native features (e.g., Twitch/TikTok subscriptions, YouTube AdSense, Super Chats, Coins), provided:

    The content is not part of a paid promotion, sponsorship, brand deal, or affiliate marketing campaign;

    The avatar is not used in content that violates other prohibitions (e.g., NSF_W, political, or hate-related content).

- Modify the avatar for personal use only (e.g., recoloring, outfit swaps, expressions).

- Publish modified versions as VRChat public avatars with mandatory credit to the original creator, CaptureXlokZ.

- Only VRChat is allowed for public uploads. Other platforms require written permission.

- Commissioned edits allowed only if both users purchased the model.

- Sell add-on content (clothes, textures, accessories) if:

 - Only the rig is reused;

 - No mesh, textures, or original files are included;

 - Product pages clearly state: "This product does not include the Naona avatar model."

- Create non-commercial artworks if:

 - Only used for study or personal sharing;

 - Not monetized through Patreon, Ko-fi, NFT, etc.;

 - Not used in AI training or stock sites;

 - Not associated with explicit, hate, or political content;

 - Creator may revoke permission if misused.

- All included files (clothes, props, Unity prefabs) are protected. Prefabs may not be extracted or reused independently.

Prohibited Uses

- Commercial use (ads, brand deals, monetization, licensing, NFTs, AI).

- Distributing:

- Model files (FBX, VRM, UnityPackage, etc.);

- Keys, links, receipts;

- Modified versions outside of approved platforms.

- Use by unlicensed persons (friends, team, collaborators).

- Removing or falsifying creator credit on public avatars.

- Use in hate speech, politics, NSF_W, violence, scams.

Policy Updates & Enforcement

Terms may be updated anytime. Users must review regularly.

Violations may result in revoked usage, takedown requests, or legal action.

The creator accepts no responsibility or liability for any damages, losses, or negative consequences arising from misuse, misinterpretation, or illegal/unauthorized use of this product. This includes but is not limited to personal harm, financial loss, or platform violations caused by third-party behavior.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the model complies with applicable platform policies and local laws. Risk assessment and consequences of use rest entirely with the user.
